Ron Yarbrough, President of Pro Spec Painting, Inc., Vineland, N.J., has been selected to serve as a Small Entity Representative on EPA's Small Business Advocacy Review Panel on the Lead, Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program for the Exteriors of Public and Commercial Buildings. Yarbrough is a member of the PDCA Commercial Forum, a member and current President of the South Jersey PDCA.  He also serves on the National PDCA Industry Standards Committee.
