A Member Survey is being conducted via phone, by the Forum's Executive Director.

Survey results will be kept anonymous and tallied information and comments collected will be shared with Forum Members only, in the Member's Area section of the website. Members are being contacted by phone and first being asked to confirm that their contact information is correct.  The same set of survey  questions are being asked of all members and pertain to business challenges, sales, type of work being bid, staff education needs and participation in an additonal anonymous business expense percentages survey.:

Pending the receptiveness of members to participate, we may be conducting an additional anonymous survey by mail or email to gather financial comparison data of Member expense percentage of sales for  Labor, Material, Overhead, Sub Contracts, Profits and Taxes.  No actual dollar amounts will be requested.  The survey would ask members to select a company sales size, using the PDCA Membership levels for example of small medium and large size businesses.
